Having worked for Sage Builders for many years, I can honestly say that they take very good care of their sub-contractors. Not only do they build excellent homes, they have a lot of integrity and always pay very promptly.

I have worked with Sage Builders for many of my 27 years in the heating and construction business. I’ve found them to be one of the few contractors with the foresight to be concerned with customer satisfaction, rather than just the bottom line. A testament to that is how they insist on installing high-quality heating and cooling systems and controls.

Homeowners

Sage Builders, LLC promised to build us a high-quality custom home on our lot at Eagle Crest and they really delivered!

When we sold our previous home in Eagle Crest, we had 23 days to move and no property or plan. After talking with other builders, we contacted Mark and Jennifer Huffman of Sage Builders, and they assured us that they could build our dream home in a time frame that was very surprising to us based on our past experiences. Within a few days, they gave us a Construction Proposal that was so complete, we were able to move forward immediately with our plan.

Throughout construction, Mark and Jennifer's communication with us was excellent. Mark was on the job site daily seeing to every minute detail. Jennifer “dressed” our home by coordinating hundreds of items both inside and out. But most impressive was the respect and admiration we heard from all the subcontractors about them.

We could not be happier with our new home. It was delivered on time, within budget and of the quality promised. We highly recommend Sage Builders.

Now that we are all moved in and "semi-settled," we'd like to say how pleased we are with our new home and our experience with Sage Builders. Both Jennifer and Paul were extremely helpful and prompt in handling all of our concerns. The subcontractors were very responsive, always showed up when they said they would, and did all the work as promised. Refreshing, to say the least.

Last year, my husband and I chose to purchase a home at Eagle Ridge. We were fortunate to find Mark and Jennifer, who have built a number of homes in the area. We couldn't be more pleased with their knowledge and willingness to be helpful in all aspects of the purchase. They listened carefully and responded quickly when we had questions and suggestions.

But of equal importance is the quality and functionality of the home itself. The kitchen is designed to be used, not just looked at. Lights and outlets are exactly where they should be. And the finish work is extraordinary.
