The son of a major developer in San Diego, California,
Mark Huffman followed in his father’s footsteps and began building
apartment and condominium projects there in 1980. He spent 12 years
developing large-scale commercial and industrial projects in Sacramento
before moving to Eagle Crest in 1996 and switching emphasis to high-quality,
single-family homes in Redmond and Bend. As General Contractor and
Co-Owner of Sage Builders, LLC, Mark has been involved in the construction
of more than 100 homes in Awbrey Glen, Awbrey Butte and Eagle Crest

Paul has been involved in a broad range of
financial experiences over the years. He handled corporate tax
issues for an aerospace company, resolved troubled bond issues
for the City of San Diego, and served as a chief financial officer
in the construction industry for 18 years. As Co-Owner and CFO
of Sage Builders, LLC, Paul manages both lender and realtor
relationships, produces estimated costs, and prepares detailed
pre-construction document packages for all buyers. Top |

Mark’s wife Jennifer serves as Project
Coordinator on all of Sage Builders’ jobs. She acts as
a liaison between buyer and builder, helping to prepare pre-construction
packages and facilitating change orders. Jennifer also works
with interior design consultants to provide desired finish selections
and the costs to install them. And she’s always available
to offer her expertise and objective opinion on design details
both inside and out. Top |

Paul’s wife Barbara is the glue that
holds the whole operation together. A licensed Registered Nurse
with 25 years experience in health care, she maintains our healthy
relationships with subcontractors by handling construction compliance
issues, subcontractor agreements, inspections and other vital
behind-the-scenes work. Barbara constantly receives the highest
compliments from our general liability insurance carrier for
maintaining precise records on all subcontractors. Top |

A member of the board of directors for
the Architectural Foundation of Oregon, Neal Huston has worked
to harmonize form and function with Central Oregon environments
for over two decades. His innovative and award-winning work
has set the standard for industrial, commercial and residential
buildings throughout the area. Neal’s input and guidance
